Or... maybe... they discovered a site called xda-developers .. and giving the source to the masses .. they can start firing people at HTC..

Since XDA delivers better products .. faster...

This is their only hope to be competitive on the market with as less effort as possible. Development of proprietary software is expensive and it often stalls product (hardware + software) releases. So they are going to left some of their software to be developed/maintained by open scene thus letting off their burden of constanty catching the timeline of product development...

Yea installs fine for me but i get an error "SDCARD Not Mounted" Are you using EXT2/3/4?

EXT2 = Bootloop
EXT3/4-Doesn't work

Strange.. I'm using EXT3 and it works for me.

Honestly this Rom is amazing! but the problem is its lag to much ...any think you want to open or slide take some time .... i use this rom again when it run normal or fast.. like B 0.8.4 based on stock HTC FroYo ....

With this ROM overclocking is not possible, I'm stuck at 600MHz. Even if I manually set frequencies, any solution to this or no? (maybe it has been already said but 130+ pages are too much to read, sorry)

Beta2 or if you install cyanogenmod kernel over beta4 it's possible to overclock.

CM Kernel was removed as it didnt work?

You need ext2 for dt a2sd beta4 to work....wipe all,install rom install a2sd reboot
