I am looking to flash my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. I am looking for a Pixel-like android experience, and the most stability and compatibility.

Please could somebody point me towards a recommended ROM.

You could try running a GSI. See this guide. I have the original AOSP builds linked in the guide but you can substitute any GSI you want, such as AndyYan's LineageOS GSIs or phhusson's Treble GSIs.
