Phone not flashing

Help, have an odd problem..
everything was going along just fine when 2 days ago I went into recovery wiped and flashed one of my noids. Since then I haven't been able to do anything. I want to be as detailed as possible (so excuse the length of this post)

I flash to recovery whether its a previous backed up noid or fresh install of a ROM. Once it goes through the TWRP process past the boot animation, it starts to loop. It goes back to the boot animation, then to the startup screen then starts looping. I've completely wiped and returned to stock, used odin to flash a new tar, flashed new update for TWRPS 2.6.3, and used 2.3.3.0 and 2.6.0, dirty flashed, the gambit. I am not stuck I can get to Open recovery, or into download, just won't complete flash of nanoids, or custom ROMs. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Oh also flashed the MD4 reset and cannot get any mobile data access
