Copy the ROM on to the sdcard
Reboot your phone into recovery
Select install from .zip and choose the ROM.zip
Follow the on-screen instructions, full wipe is recommended if coming from another ROM or after each official release.

Nightlies
Nightlies Mirror

Here are the unofficial releases of our ROM. These get automatically uploaded every night.
You can check the changes in the changelog. The nightlies may not be 100% stable, if you want a
stable release, you're best off sticking to the official releases.

SVN Trunk

We use SVN to host our ROM project. This means you can
stay up to date with the ROM change by change. If you can't wait for the official
releases this lets you download the rom the minute we make a change to it.
It also stops you needing to download the full 800mb ROM every time, as it
downloads only the changed files for that particular revision.

One of our users, @djwhitey created a .bat script that automates exporting the SVN files from your local repo and creates a flashable zip - you can find it here

Theme stuff

As well as the built in theme, there are also several theme add ons, and modifications that you can install. This includes icon packs for app icons, and 3rd party notification icons, TWRP theme and other add ons. Many of these can be found in the myHub app, and details can be found over in post 5 of the International One thread - click here.

@Raymond Ebertt also has some theme modifications, and alternate full themes. Again, these can either be found on myHub, or in post 6 of the International One thread - click here.

FAQ's

Are the mods in myHub for International users only?

Pretty much everything in the hub should be compatible with all carriers. We've worked hard to get multirom compatibility with as few apk variants as possible, apart from the carrier-specific ones, so there should be no issues. However, please let us know if there are.

I've flashed Milestone 8.2, and I can't seem to get Mobile Hotspot working properly

Flash the fix provided by @chas123 and your problems will be sorted! Link in downloads section, first post.

Firmware for 3.62.401.1

I'm on baseband 1.00.20.0913_3 on Sprint. Does anyone know if this is up to date or not. I'm having trouble finding sprint firmware on the forums. Thanks. I'm on Renovate 6.0 right now and I'm gonna download 7.0 right now.

So I've been on version 6 and loving it! I downloaded v7, checked the md5- good. It installed and set up fine however I cannot update prl or profile. Also myhub is fc. I always do a full wipe. I'm on 3.04; and s-off. Any ideas?

Not sure about those, not had any reports of myHUB fcing, working fine here. Maybe take the apk out of the zip and try installing it as a manual apk.

As for prl/profile thing, there was some info in post 2, not sure if that's any help....
