Installation Instructions

- Take a nandroid backup
- Recommended - Full wipe and factory reset
- Flash ROM using latest TWRP recovery

I did take a look. Giving him credit doesn't mean that it's obviously based on his(santosh) sources. If the dev uses even a single commit or fix from Santosh, he will still give him credit and put his name there. But his sources wouldn't be based on santosh's. Get it?

In the aosp thread, Coldbird has given credit to 3 others who fixed fingerprint. Does that mean Coldbird based his sources on those 3 or tweaked the aosp rom with their advice? No it doesn't.

So when you see someone's name in the contributors list, it only means that the person helped in some way or the other. That help might be as small as one fix or as big as the whole rom being based on the said person's sources.

imo it's better if its based on santosh's rather than a completely different tree, causes essentially you'll be fixing stuff for each other. going from cm<->rr and back isnt that hard compared to fixing specifics, so yeah cooperaation ftw. I'll try n test the new build with ril fixes
