I've never been annoyed by that bar but I was curious and found the culprit. I will try to be clear as my interface is in French.
Go to Settings -> Personalization (RR specific settings) -> Navigation Bar (not sure for the name, the 4th option from top) -> Advanced (Pulse)
Pulse is the infamous graphic equalizer you see

Links work 100%. You must try at different times of the day when the AFH server is more available.

I have a problem with USB charging. I flashed many Rom like remix but charging dont work. I have only 20 % battery. I try flash other kelner by recovery twrp but I can't. Cable for charging is good.

I have no luck with one P5110. Cannot install this rom. First of all, after installing twrp, it boots only one time, that’s strange, so after each rom install attempt I should reinstall twrp. Then, while trying to install this rom, I’m getting “Error 7”. I tried to do everything, deleting cache, dalvik cache, data, modifying file in the rom (deleting “asserts”), no success. There is 4.2.2 rom in this tablet, when trying software update - “your device has been modified. Software updates are not available”. What else can I do?

Succeeded. Issue probably was that I used another twrp, found on internet. Andi34’s twrp is more correct, fixed things. Edit: I don’t like it. I mean really. Works bad, was starting like several hours, checking connection, etc. System takes 8gb, half storage.
Reinstalled into Dhollmen with dhollmen gapps. Working like a charm, takes much less space. If anybody wants to develop for galaxy tab 2 (if there are such strange people around, since tablet is a bit old) please develop (or install) dhollmen, it is way better. Peace.

I installed "ResurrectionRemix-M-v5.7.4-20190303-0635-espresso3g" and I wonder if I should install the Gapps as well "gapps-base-arm-6.0.1-20170826-1-signed"

What is the advantage installing the Gapps, do I need them? What happen if I don't install them.
I would like to have Facebook even light, and Youtube ((would be nice to login to my accounts)

I installed Pico and it was way to slow (already deleted and now I am waiting for some answers before I install the above Gapps.
Please share your experience.

Gapps will make this device slow coz it is ancient at this point, but usually without gapps its a hassle to get youtube, play store etc running, you'll have to use 3rd party services (yt vanced or smth i am out of loop in this regard sorry).
So yeah its upto you, use gapps -> sacrifice performance, dont use gapps -> weird workarounds

Thanks Mighty, at the end I did NOT install Gapps, but still got Youtube, Facebook and Telegram. Unfortunately Telegram keeps crashing. Frankly I don't need anything else. Thanks for getting back to me.. Cheers
