All is running well but, since it takes 8+ hours to charge, fast charge is very important!! Sebastian, are you still working on this project and do you have an estimated time to add fast charge functionality?

I wanted to recommend this handset to a friend because of this ROM but I simply cannot if it takes 8+ hours to charge.

Edit 8/7/2014: Turns out the cables I was using were inferior and not providing enough current! With proper cable I'm back to max four hours charge.

But you do know that fast charge only boosts the charging on USB and only if the USB port supports higher power draws? It does completely nothing in terms of charging on a wall charger.

Are you saying that fast charge will still take 8 hours with the standard charger?

If so, that's ridiculous. My HTC Desire S is much quicker and I have a vague feeling that my Sensation was much quicker when I had ICS on it, but it was a while ago and I didn't have it on for long so I can't be sure.

That's exactly what I'm saying. Fast charge only makes charging on USB as fast as on a wall charger IF the port is powerful enough. It could be that your battery is going bad.

Hold on, which one is it - fast charge won't improve on the Sensation taking 8 hours to charge, OR my battery is going bad?

Is 8 hours 'normal' for others? To me it's unsatisfactory.

My battery is a premium Anker, only 6 months old, and it has taken this long to charge since day 1. Likewise with my original HTC battery.

If I remember right (I don't have the Sensation any longer), it took 2,5 hours, sometimes 3, but the absolute maximum was 4. Both on original battery (until it got old, and bad) and on a high capacity replacement. My brother is not complaining about charging either, as he is the new owner of Sensation.

See that's much more like it. Is that with this ROM (Revelation), ie without fast charge capability?

So that includes this ROM? I'm trying to establish if you got 2.5 - 4 hours without fast charge! :)

Hi @SebastianFM . this is the first time i've used Revelation despite owning sensation for almost 2 years now and man there isnt a better stock jelly bean rom then this one. perfectly smooth, great performance & great battery life. love the simplicity of the rom. Thank you for creating this rom.

Installed but stuck after the the 1st boot but now working fine. there is another problem the HTC sync Manager not recognizing the device its open when device is connected with debugging option but shows that no device is connected without debugging only charging works not even it mount the external card any help guys
