I've downgraded back to 8/23 and MCU version 2.55 Is this maybe a hardware issue?

Maybe a hardware problem. A man was also a problem. He disassembled the unit and antenna resolder Wi Fi and the problem disappeared.

Thx for great rom (rk3066 1024x600) - now my car audio works as it should.

Hi Malaysk,

I installed the mtc-keys.apk and activated it in xposed, but it doesn´t work. I still had a working settings file from the previous version but it doesn´t seem to do anything. Has the syntax of the settings file changed or the mapping of the hardware buttons?

It should be an 800x480 Rk3188 unit. They are KLD devices (you can see the system info screenshot a few posts above that I made).

You must prescribe the radio frequency that you use the radio, for example, 102.40 = NRG Radio
Edit mtc-radio.ini only the program Notepad ++ and put it in the section ENCODING - ENCODE in UTF-8 without BOM !!!!!

1. If you are installing the firmware my first time (before you stood a factory firmware) that must do the following:
a. Settings - Backup&Reset - Factory data reset - Put a tick on Erase SD card - Reset machine
b. Go to rekovery - The second paragraph from the bottom - Wipe data
c. Go to Settings - Partition Info (second paragraph from the bottom) and a section view DATA - It should be the size of 1.96 GB

2. If you already stood my firmware and you just updated it :
Go to Settings - Partition Info (second paragraph from the bottom) and a section view DATA - It should be the size of 1.96 GB

I can't get my partition Data to go to 1.96.

This is what I did on my brand new no apps installed CarJoy rk3188
1-Settings- Went to factory data and click on erase SD card then reset machine.
2-Recovery- clicked on wipe data..

Then while still in recovery update image from sd card (gps slot)
After flashed partition data showed 0.98

Went back to recovery, this time I did:
Image update / clear all
After flash
Went back to check and still data shows: 0.98

Am I missing a step ?

Make Recovery- clicked on wipe data after installing firmware !!!!

- now I have a big problem -
Wi-fi not working.
It says: turn on wifi, but I can't turn it on.

Please help ... Without wi-fi this radio is useless to me.

Installation of Malaysk ROM

Installation Instructions:

1) Settings - Backup&Reset - Factory data reset - Put a tick on Erase SD card - Reset machine
2) Install the ROM from inside the Recovery and clear data or from inside the ROM Settings> About machine> System update (clean data)
3) Go to Recovery - The second paragraph from the bottom - Wipe data
4) after reboot Settings - Backup&Reset - Factory data reset AGAIN
5) Reinstall the ROM AGAIN


If you have any problem repeat step 4 and 5 again and check your ROM Download.

Notes:
Check: FUSE ROM does not have DATA partition anymore, If you see DATA reinstall the ROM.
For older version of the ROM without FUSE: Go to Settings - Partition Info (second paragraph from the bottom) and a section view DATA - It should be the size of 1.96 GB

Activate Xposed Module by installing it.
How to enter Recovery: Each unit is different, please search the forum for that
1) If you have Physical button/knobs: usually Holding the Power button or knob as soon as the system turns on will get you to Recovery (you can select items in Recovery by press and HOLDing the Power)
2) If Touch Buttons: Put something thin and press and hold the Reset button as the Unit turns on (you can select items in Recovery by press and HOLDing the reset)
