i have a problem with no music from the radio app. Cd's play fine and i cant install that xsposed framework. it keeps saying x app not installed. No doubt its something i have done incorrect

Perhaps you have not selected the correct tuner in factory settings? Are you able to scan to radio stations you know of? Perhaps you need to adjust the volume in the settings?

You probably need to install the xposed framework. Open the xposed app and read the instructions. You need to select "install framework" and it needs a reboot after.

If it was the yahoo API would the old versions of the firmware work? i read the pre March FW would but none of them work, i've tried 5 different ones, tried extracting MTCWeather.apk from them as well.

About the MTC_weather problem the developer has informed the "release.apk MTCWeather_v - 1.4.1.apk" but can not download the upgrade from a Russian forum ... :crying:

Filegator sent me 1..4.1 which is working for me so this should resolve the issue for everyone. It seems these guys are on top of their game w/ keeping their software patched.
These are the steps he provided me but I was just able to install over the top w/o an issue.

There are steps from 4pda.ru
1.1 Удалить родной файл. (system\app\MTCWeather.apk) Remove original file: system\app\MTCWeather.apk
1.2 Удалить данные. (data\data\com.microntek.weather) Remove data: data\data\com.microntek.weather
1.3 Скопировать измененный файл, выставить разрешения 644. Copy/paste new MTCWeather file and set the file permissions 644
1.4 Перезагрузить устройство. Reboot the Head Unit.

Hello. I had this problemen today.
Out of nothing googleplay stops , then Google service stops. And all other service. I made a reboot And in screen te green Android with erase . All the apps are gone now. ?

Is this happening often? And is there a solution?

Maybe it would be wise to sort everything up, show that we really care about the case and then ask HIM to come back?

Actually, your idea is really good - maybe you can try to do something like this from scratch and I believe after that many people will help

-Implement a "SORT last modified" on music app to listen always first the last songs added to our music folders

I don't know if someone already reported, but I'm using the version from 13 February and I have bluetooth issues.
Everything works great except 2 things:
-The bluetooth doesn't sync the contacts list. I have already unpaired/paired many times but it doenst work.
-When someone calls me I can't answer because there's no information on screen. I need to answer on the phone.

If someone could help me I appreciate . Thank you all

You'll be on your own resolving this as of now. Some people around here rubbed the dev the wrong way. WIth that said, what if you manually sync the contacts in the BT app?

I Know this is already a old version.
I have already force the sync in the bluetooth app, it starts scanning but after a few minutes, a message appears saying something like "no contacts have been synced".
I think that i have some bug with bluetooth app because the calling screen never appers when someone calls me. It's strange

But you do have a MTCBluetooth4.apk in /data/apps? WHat about Bluetooth.apk?

I have the apk that came with this ROM on 13Feb. That was my first/clean install so I think all the files will be there. I will check the 2 APK you mentioned

Please do as I know if I remove bluetooth.apk I do not get a popup during a call so I cannot end a call but I also cannot navigate to any other screens either while on the call.

the google app issue seems one that we have to live with. i cant figure out what it is that is causing the app to crash. its driving me crazy trying to figure it out so i think im just gonna live with it to make things a little less stressfull for myself

For me, getting this google app to work properly makes this HU. So frustrating it doesn't work ok!

From 5.7xxx to 5.11xxx Beta w/ no change, still crashes.

Thanks for trying. I decided to uninstall updates and got put back to a 3.3.[something] version and stock rom. Now after several mins of playing, absolutely no crashes, excellent voice detection/deciphering but functionality is holding it back. Navigate to [...] works brilliantly - better than the 5.4.xxx version I was using - but voice dialling doesn't seem to be working which is an annoyance (using Petrow HU app and Modeswitch app).

Maybe need to go to earlier versions looking for a more stable version but with acceptable functionality? Is there a history of google app changes anywhere?
