Sure. i have already flashed rom. what im asking if functions that missing. could be accessed after i flash MCU. And which mcu is better to flash for me ?

By the looks of your pic, only KD mcu... if yours is working fine, do not flash any mcu.

Depends on your region. Find out what bands your carrier uses. I have a Huawei E3276s-153 working but here in US we use band 2,4,5,7 this modem lacks some of these bands so all I got was 2G but it should work outside US fine. I have it listed on eBay for sale, unlocked and ready to be used on Android.

It will kill all non neccessary running apps. They have other apps that you can control on what gets closed on the play store. This way you can keep in memeory what apps you want and dont want. I noticed that too, it never goes away even when selected, bug maybe???

But what is "non neccessary" ? When I press the speed button the whole UI is being killed and the HU stucks in the boot animation. All i can do now is a hard-reset. As long as it kills everything it's not working at all.

You have good luck! I can't find reset button. When my unit was OK I can went to recovery with long pressure power button. Now, when I do that i see only "darkness" or moved Android "coin". Maybe sombody knows where I could look for reset button. Under second hole (first is microphone) I have nothing. I have such unit: Android Car DVD GPS for Ford Focus 3 2012+ with 8 inch 1024*600 Screen Bluetooth Radio RDS Wifi 3G host Free 8GB Map Card (I am "to young" here, and I can't give links but is this first link in google when once pastes this name their)

You can't replace anything on the original home screen.
I prefer the working original, which works fine now.

I would say non neccessary would be the main apps that keep the system running as killing them would wreck havoc like bootloop or freezing. I would dirty flash the rom again. There is something wrong as it should not be doing this or you could try and use a 3rd party app and you can place the widget on the homescreen so it is easy to access.

but I haven't any possibility to instal something now. My unit in praktice is "brick". I see only shortly Android 4.4.4 side and after all the time only moved Android "coin".

Unfortunately there are no lists for 3G USB modem compatibility.
Compatibility may change from one ROM version to another, and even for the same 3G dongle according to the Huawei firmware version installed on it.

Moreover, problems to the modem might be caused by insufficient power supply from the HU's USB port.
It's often a try and error approach...

Before buying one, it's advisable to find information about models already successfully used by other users, and also to buy possibly from shops where you can ask for a replacement/reimbursement.

Buy better WiFi 3G or LTE router in the car, problems with the internet will not be.

I managed to install the December version and now I have 3G dongle working fine. I think I have everything I need for now and will stick with this firmware.

I just got an unlimited 4G LTE phone from MetroPCS family plan ($55 a month,) rooted it and installed Wifi Tether Router. I was playing with 4G LTE and worked but only had 8GB data... Now I have unlimited.

This could be connected with power bank or Cigarette Lighter Charger Adapter or USB AC Power Adapter / Travel Charger, generally where there usb.
What I've worked in the network of my country.

Hey, could som1 assist me? I tried to update but didn't get the option to delete all data. So I corrupted my device . Now all I got on my device is 1 reset button and 5 touch button. It seems like the touch buttons does nothing.

The main question is how to get in recovery.

I asked my question to the supplier but am still awaiting answer.

1 Press reset button and power button together
2 After about 5 secs release reset button, but keep pressing power button
3 When booting screen appears release power button.
4 It boots into recovery.

* some units without front USB have a different procedure
Firstly power on the unit and then long press the power button and then reset. Then the unit will get three rings and you loose your hand on the power button and short press the power button again. (thanx @netay)

*some others have this procedure (thanx @R4D3N)
1. Turn off the unit by holding 3-4 sec the power button.
2. Hold the RESET button + POWER button for 5 sec
3. Release the RESET button and keep pressing the POWER button for 2 sec
4. Release the POWER button and wait. The Recovery menu appears.
5. With the Volume knob you can move up/down and long press on Volume/Power button to select the option

*press reset button when screen goes dark quickly release reset button and press again unitl recover screen appears

Did you rename the old file and did you copy the new one into system/app/. I've done it that way in four units
all work fine. Remove your copy, rename the old one back again. Reset and try it my way. Don't fiddle with privileges.
It's not needed.
