guys, i messed up my phone, i wanted to install a rom but i think i flash the wrong kernel, it doesnt automatically jump back to recovery page and stuck at the start up there. when i press the volume up+ power+ home it goes back to cwm but cwm doesnt allow me to perform anything, when i press down button twice it will refresh the page. any sifu can give me a hand on this matter? need to solve it urgently

Don't panic,flash a stock rom using pc odin in download mode.
Then you should be good to flash a rooted kernel and a custom rom.

I am using RR v12. I not sure if any of you had this problem, but when I update my app, it shows me that I had insufficient storage available. But i still have around 200mb of storage for the apps storage. How can i solve this problem? thank you

Check the ClockworkMod folder on your internal card.

If its has old backups , delete them.

It's the kernels fault son.. use hydracore 4.3b

Philz, SpeedMod, NoteCore, HydraCore kernels work with this ROM.
So you can try them all and see what suits your needs best.

Camera and video playback work fine on RRv12.
Try HydraCore 4.3b.
6.2.b3 is a beta test kernel still in development.
You will need to look on the HydraCore threads to see if others are experiencing the same problem.

mine rom is the pre rooted "Rooted_Stock_Odex_N7000DXLC2" and kernel is CF-Root-SGN_XX_OXA_LC1-v5.3-CWM5

this is the guide i follow
a) coming from a rooted GB-ROM:

- download Abyss Kernel 4.2
- put zip-file on your USB-storage
- boot in Recovery
- Flash Abyss Kernel 4.2!!!
- boot back in recovery!!! (you find this option under 'advanced')
- FullWipe
- Flash ROM
- reboot system
- ...you are done

You may be on the touch screen version of Abyss kernel.
Try selecting options in CWM by touching the screen.

Or do i have to worry in CWM when flashing all the time?

HydraCore 4.3b is safe for flashing and wiping.
It has the brick bug removed.
The latest SpeedMod and Philz are also safe as houses.

I would recommend making a TAR format nandroid backup of your current configuration before flashing any new ROM.
Just so you have a working configuration to return to if anything goes wrong.

u might have done a titanium restore just go on titanium backup and restore option search for camera and video player select them and then select option of wipe data only
u will get them up and running

Clear the cache of apps using whatever app or manually. Apps store a lot of cache files on the internal memory and this is not shown where you check that you have around 200mb storage left. It's actually much less, so clear the cache.

That is a safe kernel.
If you're not convinced, download the Abyss kernel and flash it, then reboot into recovery before a full wipe.

Yeah it's easy.
Just Hold the home screen, until it says "Set Wallpaper", then select Gallery (or wherever your picture is), then select it.

Once you've selected it, you should get to a "Crop picture screen", and at the bottom there is a place where you can select whether you want it to scroll or if you want it to stay still, as I've shown in the attachment below.

Hope this helps anyone having difficulty!

You could move apps to the SD card using either the built in app manager or downloading a third party app such as ROM ToolBox Pro to move apps to SD.
This will free up space on your internal storage.
Some apps don't play nicely on the SD card, but you can always move them back if you encounter any issues.:good:

It's also worth checking your apps to see if they can cache to SD.
Most apps will cache to internal memory as default.
E.G. If you are using an RSS or news reader that can cache to SD this will also free up internal memory.
