Problem with preinstalled apps (How to Remove?)

Hi. I have rooted Htc Legend with latest rodriguezstyle rom and all is great except a little problems with my handfree: when I press play button on hadsfree remote both Music apps start playing at the same time. I tried managing defaults but no success... anyone knows how to remove preinstalled apps on this rom ? i tried adb shell and terminal with no luck... I get "rm: can't remove 'HtcMusic.apk' : Directory not empty" ...

The 1st boot was very long - it scared me as well!

So I'm a little new just bought my legend yesterday and has 2.02 software number I'm thinking of downgrading and installing the custom rom but will i loose any features i have now or will it be the same and then some?

it'll be the same and then some. I've done it on the virgin one (same as yours) and the process is quite easy now that we can downgrade.

You're going to want to choose a new rom based on your needs. If you're attached to sense, make sure you find one that has it, but honestly, i'm liking mine without it anyways (check out adw launcher for a good launcher replacement).

rodriguez moved on to nexus one. don't think he is developing roms for legend anymore.

That really sucks. He seemed like a great dev for the Legend. It's a shame... but fair play to him.

NX1 and Desire are enjoying new ROMs every week so its a real shame we lost one of our devs.. we have to stick to the very few ROMs we have. Let's hope FroYo may help more ROMs be developed... maybe even Rodriguez can come back... ;-)

What APN Settings ? c when my phone was not rooted..it detected automatically and my net was working fine..after i root and put this vivid , it doesnt detect it..can u help me ?
