Firsly Download Terminal Emulator from Market.
Go into terminal or with CMD/SDK root to sdk/tools and type;
"su" (or "adb shell" with SDK)
"a2sd cachesd"
- phone will reboot (if you can´t boot clear all the Cache options in Recovery)
Amon RA 1.8.0.1 Recovery Needed otherwise your Phone won´t Boot
