Yes:

https://forum.xda-developers.com/xiaomi-redmi-4x/development/unofficial-redwolf-recovery-t3776738 this method of treble turns the "cust" partition (what MIUI uses) partition into "vendor" partition (which Treble uses) you enable treble this way, you'll lose the ability to flash stock MIUI ROM but custom ROM and treble GSI works fine, I'm not aware of a way to reverse this process:confused:
