I've hit 8.5 on AOSP, and that's as fast as I've EVER hit. (normal is 2-4 though)

Yeah, for some reason my speeds on Sense are just consistently higher. Doesn't really matter to me though, I love using AOSP. Only thing that's forced me to use Sense now is because I.always get disconnected to Google with AOSP. Maybe it's just my phone. ;-(

I wasn't so much referring to too speed, my normal aosp speed is fine. The problem a few of us are having is that speed drops to practically nothing after a set amount of time and resetting your connection is the only thing that brings it back.

It's just a problem with AOSP, sadly. I get around 2-5 down with AOSP. But once I switch to any Sense ROM I can hit around 7-9 down.

I don't know if you've tried this,

but it sped up my phone pretty significantly. Prior to it, I only got around a 1 Mb/s down speed at my house (1/2 bars 4G max, only around 30% of the time, mostly 2G though). After it stayed more consistently on 4G, but also gave me 3Mb/s down speed with only 1 bar 4G.

sorry for the addtional additional few hour delay here .. would have had this thing out this morning but decided to finish up one final golden ticket for you guys .. wasn't gonna unleash it 'til v2.1 but i pushed it into v2.0

we're all running one last final run thru .. but it's been perfect on mine since i flashed it and have run thru everything major .. all i can say is WOW

barring something coming up for one of the testers, i'll be uploading within the hour ..
