soooooo RC2 CM7 on my evo..... is STILL not as good as this rom... pretty impressive!!!!!
Booted up just fine for me first time, just like 1.0 did. I did every step except the format SD card.
It seems the longer bootup time is back in V1.2. I almost had to go back and make sure I had the right one. After double checking it is v1.2

muahahaha ... yep, i've been trying to tell everyone ... this is the top of the mountain for glacier ROMs (ESP gingerbread)
royal and i were talking earlier about RC2 and are going to be making the RC2 version the baseline for the future builds of RoyalGinger.
it's just gonna keep getting faster and smoother guys...buckle up!
we're also starting work on some themes for this baby so be on the lookout for that..
yes, the longer boot time is back in 1.2
there are some optimization scripts that have been implemented (and will likely be in all TeamRoyal ROMs from here on out) which increase boot time by a couple of minutes but the added performance from this is well worth it.

Yea, its good but my GPS does not work properly. As far as being smooth, the scripts that were put in, were done right. The nice thing about code is there is always ways to optimize!
Any word on maybe including the music streaming feature? ?
there's a line about it in the OP in the install/flash instructions but I can see how someone could miss it...maybe we'll bold that part or something ..

Would it possible at all (as in flash it somehow off my SD card) to get the CM7 keyboard onto this? I love this ROM, but I hate the stock keyboard.

RC2 is up but im staying wid ginger till glacier is up, i dont think the rc2 its better than this...

After boot up this rom is very fast, i'm guessing this is running better than RC2, thanks again TeamRoyal!!!
does this really require recovery 3.0.0.6? when this was 1.1 i just used 3.0.0.5 and worked just fine. Reason for asking is am having trouble to put in recovery.img 
What kind of trouble are you having? Please respond to this question in one of the threads about 3.0.0.6 recovery. There is one in my sig or another one by option94 on the 1st or second page of the dev section. So far I Love this ROM, except for 1 things that I'm still deciding whether I should keep RoyalGinger or go with RoyalGlacier is the Genius app. I can't seem to get the genius app to work with this Rom. It work great without bluetooth, but when bluetooth is connected, it FC like crazy.
