I woke up this morning and it had changed the oil in my car, taken my dog for a walk, and even reorganized my Jane's Addiction vinyl collection in the order of how high Perry Farrell was when he recorded the vocal tracks.

Believe me when I say, figuring out how high Perry Farrell is in a quantifiable manner then organizing the albums in an appropriate order is one hard task... This rom isn't smart. This rom is genius. Plain and simple. This has been a very long hard road for the team. The newest test build was particularly exciting though. We're close ladies and gentlemen... get rested up while you still have time remaining because the clock is running

I do that by ear... and interestingly enough, with the exception of Strays, its usually in reverse order of when the album was released! I love this rom, and that band too!

So ya know that feeling of euphoria you get when you smoke a cigarette after not having one for a few days... RoyalGinger 2.2 is kinda like that. Except not as bad for your health. In fact, I think it got rid of my migraine this morning.

It is worth the wait gang... just make sure you are wearing your adult diapers... cuz yer gonna sh|t yourself at it's awesomeness!

I already merged all the code from git that I wanted that will likely become RC1

..anything else that pops up between now and release that looks tasty can be thrown in right up until I push the upload button to the server

BlueTooth MAP profile

I, along with some others, have asked the CM team to include code for the Bluetooth MAP profile in CM7, but have not received much response.

(This profile will allow another device such as a car's control unit to send and receive messages through bluetooth)


I recently received a reply from eVil D stating that the code I posted looks like it is meant for AOSP and would be difficult to get into a Sense rom.

Would you, ckisgen, be willing to give it a go?

There's not much of a difference if you ask me. RG has its own tweaks but I've ran both RG and CM and they're both just as fast. Even if this ROM is faster I don't think you'll even notice it since this phone opens apps so quickly as it is. But I would still recommend this over CM just because RG is usually more bug free since CK tests the hell out of it before he releases which is good, thus this is a tad bit more beginner friendly. And plus since you don't need to flash gapps and Netflix is bundled in as you mentioned.

Anyways, flash and you'll enjoy it!

It was the first flash and I have not found anything I really want to try other than this haha the only thing I was considering was CM7 but if there really isnt a difference then I will stick with this!
Does anyone know if you can screenshot on RG without using an app? ex. MIUI is hold menu+Volume down

Turn off wifi, and try sending a couple mms messages to yourself..see if that helps
