there anyway to flash blue magic these while keeping the stock boot animation <which is the siccest ive ever seen btw> ???

Just copy the RG boot animation you currently have and save it on your sd card. flash blue magic and replace the boot animation with the one from RG that you copied.
The boot animation file should be located somewhere like /system/customize/resource/bootanimation.zip (I actually am not running RG right now so if its in a different location on this rom someone please correct me)

Edit: I actually have the RG 2.1 Rom .zip on my sd card and it looks like in RG 2.1 the boot animation is in /system/media/bootanimation.zip and the audio file for the boot animation is /system/media/android_ audio.mp3

Just copy both of those, flash blue magic and replace the blue magic boot animation and audio with those.

You people need to stop being assholes these guys are working their asses off to release these awesome roms for FREE, FREEEEEEEE. 2.1 is damn near perfect and you guys are complaining about them taking too long to release 3.0? you will live just be patient and wait for them to work their magic.

Echoing what I said a few pages back. People just don't know. If you're unhappy, then why don't you develop
a ROM and wish that it's just as good as this one.

Yea because I agree with you, the people who are complaining about them taking their time need to calm down and look at what they are doing for us.

Probably premature to ask this but will 3.0 be based off of the newest CM? only asking since it sounds like the 2.x stuff was scrapped for a brand new start and the new CM came out after 2.2 was supposed to be ready. Just a curious thought. I havent tried the new CM so i wouldnt know whats new

Depends on how often you use your phone, usually mine is like 80-90%

Im very new to this but my understanding is that it is the software that enables the signal to be picked up and sent out. Different radios (based entirely off of what i read on a few pages of the radio thread and trying to piece it together) cause better or worse strength depending on where you are/how you use the phone. From what i can tell, if you dont know what it is or does, stay away from touching it. Which is EXACTLY what im doing with it haha

Theres a radio thread on this forum and it talks about how to flash a radio i think. Its my understanding though that whether or not a radio is good is mostly subjective. It seems that what one person may say is great another person finds it horrible. Another thing Ive noticed is the stronger/more powerful a radio is, the more likely it is to cause batteey drain

Again, im totally new to all this so if someone with experience is able to correct my mistakes or add onto what ive said, please feel free to

Does this rom switch between networks, h 3g edge, when needed. Like if u dont need h 3g it drops down and when u need it it picks up. Mine just stays on 4g
