Got a logcat? Kind of makes it hard to fix if people don't provide any info on how it happened.Sexy rom, but i got the lock screen lock-up bug once today already.
it only occurs on a small fraction of peoples devices. it cannot even be recreated on most people's devices. this has always lead me to believe that perhaps weaker chipsets or something similar is coming into play.I don't understand how people get upside down lockscreens
I have never came across that problem is any of Royal Gingers ROM's, or any ROM for that matter. How exactly can you re-create it...?
Is there a way to disable the boot sound?
Missed that part. Thanks.Type bootsound off in terminal or follow instructions in op.

use root explorer or something similar and paste the new bootanimation.zip in system>media.then reboot.I'm having issues trying to change the boot animation. I'm changing the file name to bootanimation.zip and placing it on my root of the sdcard and than go to terminal and your in #su than newbootanim and after I reboot I get the same nexus bootloader, can any one help with this? I got the new boot sound to work just fine just not the animation. I'm using this forum - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=991267 - thank you for your help

I agree....its always worked for me...even the single or double tap to pick up and hang upI don't see how it doesn't work for you. It has always worked for me after enabling it in CM settings.

Yeah I've tried that didn't work. I figured it out though. The files I downloaded were a smaller file size so I re-downloaded them and now they work went from 21.06 kb to 16mb. should of paid attention to that. Thanks for your help Lakesuse root explorer or something similar and paste the new bootanimation.zip in system>media.then reboot.
