this is a really nice and much needed contribution, thank you very much. I love everything about this, speed bump, live wallpapers....

I just have one problem! with 2.1 i could bypass screen lock and turn on my device with any key using "switch pro widget" but with 2.2 I cant do that and unfortunately power key on my device acts funny so its a hard to turn on all the time using power key!

any solutions on froyo to turn on device from standby using other keys?

I just updated my Radio with [ROM]RUU_Legend_Froyo_S_HTC_WWE_3.15.405.3_Radio_47.51. 35.17_7.13.35.05_release on my Legend running CyanogenMod-7.0.0-0103 :)

Did you extract only radio image? How can I do this without losing root?

right now i have official eclair 2.1 on my legend; bought it from my cell operator...
can i still install this update? or i'll have to root first?

Mine is totally stock, on 1.31

When I run the run the RUU it starts the reboot to bootloader, HTC comes up on the screen of the Legend but the PC (Win 7 64 Bit) wont detect it. It counts up to 90 seconds and then error's...

What do I need to do?

what do you mean "even more locked down"?

and from what i've read blayo's rom have some wifi problems and i also don't want to overclock my htc cause it'll drain more battery....

i'haven't downgraded yet....right now i have 2.1 eclair....can i just install ruu or i do have to downgrade first?

If you upgrade to 2.2 via this RUU you will loose any root you already have, and it will become harder to root it in the future. You will also loose the ability to perform the S-OFF procedure. If non of this bothers you, then by all means use this. I just want you to know ;)

As for BlaY0's ROM, I never had such wifi issues. BlaY0 also released a patch that should fix it. ;)

the thing is i don't have a root at all...when i asked in one threads i've opened ,for advice for a rom which is fast,stable and has good wifi signal, i was talled that i don't. have to root but just to update
to official froyo...

right now i just created a gold card (cause my device is branded)....

what is the easiest way to root and install blayo's rom?
is htc sense in blayos rom not laggy?
or maybe cyanogen 6.1 is better and more stable?

is there any rom with launcher pro instead of htc sense?

ok, but if i use blayos rom, will i have to change the kernel?

and what is the easiest way for rooting? since the guides in sticky are not updated.....
