it's been a while since i installed a custom rom, i was on official android 12 for a couple of months, unrooted and now i am stuck to get this rom installed :(
So if somebody can tell me what i must do ?

- First i created a patched AP file from official firmware and flashed in odin so i could install Magisk and root the phone. so far so good, phone is rooted.
- i flash twrp in many ways (with twrp app, with tar file, with patched twrp file,..)
- next i format the data (type yes) flash the multidisabler 3.1 and reboot back to recovery.
- now i should be able to flash the rom but when it is finished there is nothing, only an empty twrp directory.
I tried many times, every time after installing TWRP i can't use the phone anymore and i have to flash firmware with odin again

what am i doing wrong or what did i forget?

Thank you Very much for the update, now my phone shines again !
The Shimmer clock looks great in the dropdown menu, i enjoy the matrix animation in start button menu and dropdown menu and most of all i am happy i have 2 rows again. Looks so much better with time and date on first row and notification icons on 2nd row
Been testing and installing configuring and so far all work well.
Thank you for helping to keep the samsung s10 alive :)

@Hyper.Alvi a question if you don't mind me asking, are you using thunderstorms kernel or cruel v5? i've heard both are based from the cruel source so i got kinda confused when you wrote the source of the kernel. and also, is the downgrade bit present in this rom? by this, i mean can i, with my S10+ running the latest upgrade on Bit 15, downgrade to an older version of the hyper rom without any issues?
