He was right settings, about phone, then check for updates, it worked perfect for me. ?

Updates don't work for me either, they're hit and miss. I just download and dirty flash the updates.

same here, tried 08-21, 08-20 and 08-19 - same problem, no wifi (cannot even turn feature on) and cellular keeps searching.
