If this rom had circle battery option and long-press power for flashlight with the screen off it would be so perfect.

I know I can do both with edxposed and gravitybox (p) but would prefer not to use those if I don't need to. Works fine for now tho. Rom is performing really well in terms of battery and smoothness with the latest magisk v19.

Why don't you just use button mapper to map the Bixby button to long press flashlight? Works with root instead of bxactions where you gotta adb.

Verizon VoLTE works

Just to drop a line to let everyone know that Verizon VoLTE works fine with this ROM in N960F/DS, using an activated sim. dual 4G VoLTE also works. both t-mobile and verizon sim on VoLTE at the same time.

however, wifi calling can not be enabled on verizon. I never used it in previous phone either, not sure if it is because of the ROM or my own account.

ure missing some framework settings and apks.

tekhd has a detonator pack for USA carriers that would technically add back what is missing compared to a n960u model on your n960f.

You sir, are amazing. That remapper works great! I made my bixby button work as a camera button for short press, long press is flashlight and double press is switching between ring, vibrate and DND. Works great even with screen off in full deep sleep!

bx actions is also similar. been using it since day 1

do you know what might be causing the rom to no flash any csc that i choose? i test with canadian and korean csc during aroma on my n960n and in both situations odm gets wiped and no omc gets copied. so i end up with no csc.

I'll take a look

EDIT: Found the issue, small bug in the installer, fixed now. I plan on doing a 1.1.1 release in the near future as I've tweaked the kernels as well and plan to do a release for them as well.

Does it effect our phones as is without the fix?

Also, I'm getting ads with adaway enabled.
No Enable Caller ID and Spam Protection after selecting in aroma

go check in system / about phonee/ software info/service provider and check that it is NOT //???

u should see your chosen csc code 2x in the slashes.

i manually fixed mine.

if you have a twrp backup of before flashing the rom you can restore carrier files partition. then re run rom setup but choose to not install rom and skip/leave as is each setting in rom installation steps and skip everything except the 2 x CSC features pages and choose the mods you want and then continue to skip setup till the end. this will add the necessary entries to your restaures csc files.


or just be patient and wait for update.


edit:
just remembered that originaly when using stock csc by default some of the xml files being modded might be encrypted. meaning that the installer wont be able to edit them and might end up corrupting them. so if you dont know how to decrypt them then yeah might as well just wait.
