TWRP 2.5.0.0+ IS RECOMMENDED

Instructions for New Install | USE ON EVERY INSTALL FOR BEST RESULTS

Make NANDROID backup.

Wipe System, Data, Cache, & Dalvik Cache.

Flash ROM.

Flash PA GAPPS.

Flash PA Apps Pack

Wipe Dalvik Cache & Cache again.

Reboot.

Enjoy.

Usual disclaimer ,

You can dirty flash whenever you want BUT when you want to report errors , try it with a clean build .

Please download full roms , unless you want to push files manually (when available) .
When dirty-flashing or pushing files , do a dalvik and cache wipe .

What kind of changes did you guys have to make to get a bootable build with gcc 4.8? Every 4.8 build I've made fails to boot.

In hybrid properties, go to the interface tab and slide nav bar to 0%.
