xsis, man, what bad luck. I downloaded apk, but the "install" button is not responding and I can't install.
If you are having an issue with the install button not working or allowing you to press it, it could be that you have an application that may control you screen brightness or something along those lines. You have to either uninstall or disable the app that is doing that.

dav, thanks for the clue. I just happen to be running Lux and it has done weird things before. I'll freeze it and see what happens.

So i take it the rom isn't letting me use simultaneous data and voice? I know the hardware is capable, is there a workaround? Thanks...
Well your problem seems to be a bad flash or your hardware..reason i say this is both works for my phone. So how did you install this rom? Clean flash or dirty? Or it could be the fact the rom has a different effect on each phone. My issue is i can not use wifi or mobile hotspot.
Was a total wipe... wifi and hotspot are perfect so it's kind of a trade off. I'm thinking the os has to be my issue. Was thinking about restoring the original os, that i backed up and see how that goes. It worked well before. I'm a noob with this device as i just traded for a g3...

Great rom otherwise, although the "edge" blocks a bit of my backspace functionality...

My family says that when I call them they hear an echo. They have iPhone 6/6S. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?
When that was happening to me, it was related to the headset I was using.
I was having the same issue with my n3 and Note 5 ported roms ..... did a google search that said to remove your phone case and trying calling someone to see if they still hear the echo. If not (in my case a Otter box case) the bottom mic and bottom corner mic case opening is to small. I used a hot soldering iron to melt the rubber mic holes bigger. No more echo
loudawg, you're truly an awesome contributer. I'll put the fix at once.
loudawg, I tested my phone with/without case and we did confirm there was an eco with the case on and no echo with the case off. Now, i used a drill to enlarge the hole; three times its size and tested again. My son didn't hear himself talking (echo), but he did say he could here a slight echo. Now my theory to expand on yours is that I have the surround sound mod that produces simultaneous sound from both speakers and I theorize that the vibration of the speaker is causing some interference with the mike. At least I've reduced the echo significantly and I can live with that. Thanks again man.
I love this rom as my daily, just wish wifi calling worked and Bluetooth would reconnect to my Gear 2 or speaker when back in range. Love the work. Thanks for any help to get them working.
Yeah, this ROM is indeed a keeper. My Note 3 will die with this ROM installed. Regarding wi-fi calling, I've never found a ROM that had wi-fi calling operating, so this ROM is no exception. Besides I own a AT&T hot spot, which works awesome when Sprint is out of range.
Yes, this ROM is a daily driver. The only concern in my case..is .i am having very week signal because of which i am having dropped calls. Any thing i can do to improve the signal ?
greatminds, yes the case has been infamous for interfering with your signal. There are many apps in Google Play that claim to improve signal; try some of them. Finally, your modem has much to say about your signal. I'm on OC5, which one are you on? The most recent modem that I downloaded is OK2. Don't know if there are any other available.
Wondering if anyone has a Gear 2 paired with this great rom and notice in bluetooth paired devices it has the watch as a Call audio only device? I restored the stock rom it says Call audio and Media audio and reconnect when its within range. Would that be a rom issue or gear manager issue. I've restored back to the ported note 5 rom. Man if the ported note 5 rom could see my watch as a media device I believe it would reconnect when its back within range. Its my only issue now. I factory resetting my UE Boom speaker and that solved its issue. Thanks for any help.
Yes, i have updated to the latest modem OK2..but still signal did not improve. I even tried few apps from Google play store to improve the signal with no luck
