This has really modernized my note 3. I have a few strange question/request. Is there any way to create functionality like home2 used to do for me in 4.3 where you would press the center button to activate the home2 app and if you could configure a double press of the center button, single press the center followed by left or right buttons to open custom applications. The setting in 3Minit button re-mapping are greyed out for some reason. Also I cannot seem to find it but is there a way to display another row of icons height wise using the stock launcher? Finally, is there a way to create a lock screen where I could add or modify the apps that can be launched directly from there (Rather than phone and camera?)

TT_Vert, yes home2 does work with this ROM. I use it with assistant; pressing home button twice does it. Just remember home2 is finicky and you must follow the instructions.

I've set it up multiple times but I Can't seem to get it. Any advise with 5.1.1? I have set the home app and default action of the center button.

If I don't disable the camera double center i get the camera. When i do the status bar goes black but nothing happens. And center back will work if i get the timing just right but if I don't I just get a black status bar that flashes for a second. Center menu has yet to work (The recent apps screen just flashes up). I'm not sure what I can do to make this work.

Is there any reason the button remaps would all be non Functional in 3Minit? They are there but i cannot press them.

Sorry to be such a pest. One last question. Does anyone have SAE crash on boot? I just froze it in titanium and all was well. This may be unrelated but today I decided to enable "Using voice commands" to answer/reject a call and it crashes com.android.phone when I flip the switch to on.

Fellow note 3 warriors: we've enjoying this awesome ROM. My note 3 is behaving as good as its ever done. I've said dozens of times: my note 3 will die with this ROM. On another note, the default kernel does not allow us to run phone on steroids. We're limited in term of CPU speed, undervolting and more. So my question is: has anyone, anyone found a kernel to replace stock? I have a cracked screen note 3 that I use as my test bed. I've tried Lean, and dozen more kernels and they all go into bootloop. So I don't know if anyone hit the lottery or not, but I want to extend the question to everyone. If answer is no, I'll still be happy. Cheers.

I am running lean and never had a bootloop troubles. Are you running the ported 5 version of lean?

The issue with Lean is the link goes to a repository with dozens of kernel files. Could you send me a link with the proper kernel?

S-View Cover

Has anyone figured out how to get the s-view cover working with this rom? It detects the cover during boot, but not after android is loaded up. I absolutely love this rom and with the s-view working it would be near perfect.

I get SAE crash randomly on reboot every so often but it didn't seem affect anything. I don't use voice commands so no comment there.

On a side note, anyone tried updating the viper apk to the most recent?

Sac said that he would update the N3 once Samsung releases something for the S6 or N5 that he can port to the N3. He's been focusing on S6, N5, and N4 lately. Think he sold his N3.

there's a few he can port. like "music of life" that's based off Dark-Au Note5 V10.
A while ago he posted that you can pm him for one final version. I did, and got nowhere. Something about him needing to add my email...i provided him with two..he never replied back.
I'm still trying to figure out how to get data on non-sprint roms but i keep hitting a wall with apn being greyed out.

Edit: figured it out. if the rom allows it, install with the XAS csc. Then the apn settings on that rom can be added/edited
