How to install:

1. root your desire s with revolutionary (here is guide)
2. go to recovery
3. make a nandroid backup
4. wipe data & cache
5. copy rom.zip to sdcard
6. install rom.zip

1- Everything from Sense 3.0 included. Optimized (fonts, resizing) for Desire S (thanks HTC)
2- i don't know. we will see after people flash the rom. i believe new hboot is not needed. but maybe radio update make something better. that is not dangerous like hboot flash

try again with full wipe and new radio.

full wipe (system, boot, data, cache) and try again.
