Yes you will get Sammy 4.4.4 KNOX Bootloader. But IMO, it's not a problem if you don't mind not using HBOKERNEL.
I personnaly have 4.4.4 KNOX Bootloader and I don't have any problem using custom ROM based on Sammy Stock. I can use AGNi kernel or Stock Kernel without any problem.

If you use AOSP Roms, you have to check yourself if you can have issues with KNOX BL. For this point, I don't know.

Before flashing anything, please read a lot about bootloaders.

No sorry, you must have new bootloader from 4.4.4 to fix offline charging.

No. I have got the old one.

I had the same problem in the past. It's bootloader related. Flash an original Samsung 4.44 Rom, then everything will be fine.

Don't do that! Better is to have this issue but without having nasty new bootloader with KNOX (which wasn't solved for i9305 how to downgrade).

Sorry but could you tell us exactly why you don't recommand to upgrade to 4.4.4 KNOX bootlader ? I don't understand this as I personnaly have no problem with KNOX.... It needs clarification for people here...

So, only for warranty purposes ? If your warranty is already void because your phone is too old or because they already have 4.3 BL with flag changed, maybe people here don't mind to upgrade to 4.4.4 ? Isn't it ?

AFAIK, it's not possible to fix on old bootloader (or very difficult), Hbohd and psndna88 xda members already tried... with no luck.

I wouldn't think so for this release, its only a minor firmware change. Always make sure you do a nandroid backup in case!

Some weeks ago I downgraded 2 phones (i9305 of course) from official 4.4.4 to official 4.1.2 without any problem, of course Knox Bootloader still remains after downgrade, however I needed 4.1.2 only for some tests.
Personally, I don't see any difference in having Knox BL or not. Deleting all Knox apps from /system is enough for me

Just downloaded v3.00, now I can't change anymore the PNG files in SystemUI.apk (in the the S5 transformer folder) because almost every icon is in QMG format
Is it possible for me to use the SystemUI.apk from previous version (I haven't flashed the ROM yet) or will I have FCs?

As said by @floopyb, no need to go full wipe. Dirty flash is ok.
But, as always, don't forget to do backups.

Keep old bootloader is important, when you have still valid warranty, because you can downgrade to the 4.1.2, reset counter of flashing, flash official firmware, then reclamation. If you have warranty void, its on your deciding, which bootloader you want, on old is issue with charging.

1) What is rro-theme? I quess, you meant VR Theme. Yes supported, however I didn't see any copatible for us with *.qmg icons. If you want, send me link with PM, I'll check it and let you know.

2) Note Launcher included in the Rom supported theme, which made @LeoDeos in Extra-mod, IMO this is easier way for you or use Wanam Xposed with Tinted Status Bar.
