I also tried tinted statusbar but uninstalled it because it made my phone laggy :/
Have you tried xposed module 'Flat Style Colored Bars'? It's similar with 'Tinted...' but works much smoother.
I cannot connect to my own VPN (router, fritz.box) via 3G.
xprivacy or firwall are not blocking. The app “network log“ does not count any bit when I want to start a vpn connection.
Any idea?

i dont use vpn...
i read in the thread of agni kernel that could be problem of compatibility with PPTP.
do you use this kernel?

Exactly same issue i had on AMCHA Rom 4.3 Jelly Bean, but i did try using another rXTREME 4.3 of Agni and Boeffla kernel, both ok with VPN. I'm from Hong Kong, sometimes need to go to China

I tried with Agni 5.3 and stock kernel (I9305XXUFNL1_KK_CWM_Stock_Kernel.zip), but no luck. Firewall deactivated, Network log still doesn't count any bit.try with stock kernel and let me know
Another issue:
If phone is in flight mode and being restarted, there is (after restart) no chance to deactivate this status entirely, i.e. I can choose to deactivate it, but no SIM function (even not being asked for pin). Than I have to restart phone, so pin code is requested.
ok I'll do more research about vpn.
on my phone works well flight mode and deactivation..i really dont know.

a little bug?
I have a problem to change the color with Wanam Expose of the head panel in the notifications. This problem is in the Rom and Mod v3.00. When I flash the Extra-Mod v2.20 the color get changed (with wanam), but then I have the wrong symbol of the gps, which was fixed with 3.00.
Can you make a fix in the Mod?

ok, i fixed it...i'll add soon the fix in extra-mods and then in the next version of rom

Change your governor to lulzactiveq-mod if you are using AGNi.
