Anyone know if update to TWRP for our device is being worked on so backup can be possible on Nougat?
What's wrong with it?

Ah, never mind. Just read the link above.

This ROM is on point. Everything seems to work. I'm really happy development is still ongoing for this device. It's one of two cellphones that Sprint offers that allow talk and browse over 3G simultaneously.

If you need a tester. I'm your man!!

Nothing happened when I installed the app. Where did you get your version?

Substratum not working on latest weekly. I had to wipe and reinstall Gapps. Now everything else works great.

I haven't looked at the Substratum stuff yet. I'll take a look this coming week, after tomorrow's weeklies go out. In related news, I sent a patch to lineage which should fix the TWRP restore issue, that fix should be in tomorrow's builds.

So this is my take on the restore. The backup file restored successfully. (I'm writing this post from the restored ROM by the way)

1. Once the O/S initializes, you get the android.phone.com has stopped. After a couple of regular close, it goes away. Unfortunately, I'm in the mountains so I can't look into it, but I do get a no sim error, so maybe I have to clear the .com service for it to reinitialize.

2. The settings don't show up but you can still access them through the side menu. Pic down below. And get this, after you do access the settings, they show up, but disappear at random and crash when you access different parts of the settings. So this is a good sign. Gonna tinker with it more.

Random areas crash like the gallery, but run normal when you clear them. So I'm hoping thats what's causing these crashes. More research needed.

Update:

Couldn't get the dailer to function. And the command to initiate the wizard wasn't working. Gonna try again later, but as of right now all the errors before remain.

I have noticed that the new "suggestions" at the top of the settings menu really slow down the settings app. The settings did come up for me, but I had to wait quite some time. This even manifests on a fresh install, but doesn't take quite as long.

I have confirmed that the TWRP problem is still there with this build, I need to do some research on that.

Stumped

So I've tried installing both weeklies available, but regardless of which I use, it seems I have no mobile data connection at all (neither 3G nor LTE). I've tried manually entering in the APNs with no luck, but it appears that on either one of the weeklies, the device serial number does not appear. On the IMEI info page, it states the ICCID as DUMMY_NV_ICC_SERIAL, and IMEI SV as Unknown.

I've done a wipe and even formatted /system and reinstalled with the same result. Data was working fine on CM12.1.

Carrier is Boost.
