Introduction
This ROM is based on the official MIUI global stable (current release 8.0.6). The boot loader was removed and the boot partition is
patched, thus the ROM can be install on devices with unofficial unlocked boot loader!

When a new MIUI version is released, I will update this thread.

Installation instructions
You need an unlocked boot loader! (howto)

  1. Download latest ROM archive from below
  2. Extract the archive and move the two files onto you're HMNote3Pro (SD)
  3. Boot into TWRP
  4. Make a backup of system+data+boot
  5. Flash the ROM
  6. Wipe cache/dalvik
  7. Say yes, if you want TWRP to install SuperSu

"When new MIUI version are released, the ROM will be updated" do you mean one can update the rom automatically via Ota upon new release after flashing this rom or you'll update the thread with the latest release?

I'm currently on AOSP V4 which if flashed from MIUI 7.1.8.0 (flashed with unofficial way to unlock bootloader). I made the TWRP backup of 7.1.8.0 before flashing aosp.
Today i tried restoring it back but twrp throws error-255 for system partition and didn't moved further. So TWRP is quite risky as there is no guarantee if it has made the backup right way or not. In my case it didn't and i am f**d.

So came across this thread.
Now after 2 months , wanted to try MIUI again :D

So can i just flash it using TWRP with wipe over Aosp without any other special steps ?
and how do i make sure TWRP has made the Backup correctly each and every time ?
as for 7.1.8.0 i used compression and it made the corrupt backup but made correct backup for aosp v4 itself ?

Zip is corrupt, download it again w/o pausing the download progress.
Bro it's written it's based on official MIUI 7.3.2.0 , which means it's originally the 7.3.2.0 itself with just modified boot.img patched and without the bootloader file right ?
Can i just flash it over AOSP V4 with TWRP after Wipe ?

All working fine and bootloader still unlocked :)

Flashed in newest TWRP on AOSP with full wipe.

It's the original 7.3.2.0 itself right ? with just little modifications ?
How's 7.3.2.0 ?
If it has improved performance , battery and camera over 7.2.3.0 ?

Fastest rom, for me.
CM/AOSP are alot slower and here is no any bug.
I am using snapdragon camera on all roms, better quality than in my old Xperia Z5

Is it any better than 7.2.3.0 in terms of camera , battery and performance ?

There is also 7.3.5.0 , should we go for 7.2.3.0 or 7.3.2 .0 or 7.3.5.0 ?
