Ive now tried all kernels fully and my results are in. Faux 8b8 has proven best for me. I got it @ default settings except gov is ondemand and lowered to 1.18. Smooth as butter and good battery, no overheating either.

Chk MD5 sum.... U might have not downloaded the ROM completely..

Let's go thru quick steps... In recovery
1. Rooted phone ofcourse.
2. Firmware 3.32 or 3.33( hboot 1.27.xxxx bla bla depends on FW)
3. Supervipe / delete everything from Ur SD except necessary stuff..
3. Super Sexy Viper 1.1.0( u can avoid super vipe if u full vipe while in installation process)
4 wait for couple of minutes for device to settle down After installation.. most of issues do happen cuz of it... Reboot

Now Ur ready to use this awesome ROM

Remember to Chk MD5 of each file before flashing...

No u don't need to b SOFF to install FW provided u read Kohr or mikes FW thread n flash the the appropriate one for Ur phone... N flash ROM through SON process...

If u don't care for warranty I recommend u to SOFF

I suggest using 4ext... I've attached a recovery image along with adb and fastboot.

Reboot the phone into bootloader.
Select Fastboot.

Download the driver from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1191676&d=1342028421
Extract it somewhere.
Open Device Manager. (Press Windows Key + R and type mmc devmgmt.msc)
Select Android Phone and right click Update Driver Software.
Click " Browse my computer for driver software " and point it to where you've extracted the driver.
Accept any pop up about the driver.

Assuming you haven't got adb and fastboot setup, I've attached a .ZIP file.
Download the Android.zip file from the attachments.
Extract it to C:\Android\
Open a Command Prompt shell. (Windows Key + R and type cmd)
Type:
Code:
cd C:\Android\
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Reboot into recovery. Flash ROM.

You can also try
Code:
fastboot -w
fastboot update ViperS_1.1.0.zip
Just remember to place the ROM in C:\Android\

Thanks Cutecool, but I know how to get to the APN, what I was looking for specifically was where to enter the Service Center numbers. I know I've done this before but I can't seem to find it.

Menu- settings- mobile networks- Access Point Name-

Installed Viper 1.1.0 and now Skvalex's CallRecorder stopped working which is a huge bummer:(
I used Skvalex's CallRecorder often to help process phone orders, this app was a must!
It worked without a problem while running PkMn 5.1.
Try other kernel dual call recording work for me on last Faux kernel and Bricked very good ;)

Aargh... random reboot and then after power on - reboot and stucked on splash image.

Wipe cache + dalvik -> same situation.
Install Kernel again (Faux 8b8) -> same situation
Install Viper 1.1.0 again (w/o wipe) -> Booting, optimizing applications, reboot and stucked...
Damn!!!

It looks silly but it solved all my problems and I didn't had single reboot since applied
