[ROM][Sense 4.1][05.06] Team Venom presents: ViperS 2.0.3 - welcome to the future

Im getting frustrated now.
I first flashed version 1.1.0 over my 1.0.0 install. Everything worked fine.
After a few weeks phone slowed down so I thought I will do a full wipe and flash again.
So I did, now I cannot add either my Outlook Live or work exchange email accounts.
It keeps saying authorization failed. No I do not enter password or any details wrong as I have tried 2 - 3 times a day for past 4 days! Same password works on PC nut not on phone. So I redownloaded the rom and reflashed but same thing. only hotmail works.

Anyone got any ideas?

The battery life on this rom is very bad on my phone. I can only get about 1:30 hours of screen????? I have reflashed the rom multiple times with no luck. A LOOOTTT of lag going to Home when I am on any app. I know both are rom bugs because if I go to ARHD I can get 4 hours of screen. Even if I connect the phone to charger and I use it the phone starts to discharge???? I hope you can help me with 2 bugs I have.

Set MinFree to extreme.
Download a CPU app from the play store and adjust your CPU speeds and govns. Badass is a bad choice for this ROM. Try Performance or OnDemand.
ROM speed also improved for me when I disabled a few apps that came with the ROM such as VenomTweaks. It's a great tweaks app (I got lots of APNRs dialogues from the app and after disabling it saw very little lag) but causes issues for me, this might be the cause for general lag on your phone or it might be another app.

Try selecting the Exchange mod when flashing the ROM.

I have. I have tried with and without the MOD.
Before it worked without a mod, only thing mod does is disable the pin requirement for exchange. It still lets you add the account but I cant even add outlook live account which is not even a exchange account.

Backing up saved Venom tweaks profiles

How can I ensure the profiles I save in Venom tweaks are being backed up by Titanium and can be "restored" after an upgrade or full wipe? Looks like these "saved profiles" are being stored somewhere deep in the ROM and are not easy to find. Why not store them in the Venom folder on the sd card, similar to how other apps, such as Nova launcher store backups?

Most cases just make sure the server is set to m.outlook.com for Hotmail etc.

use my backup pro, it will help you to save settings including most venom tweaks

All is pretty smooth, but after some hours of usage i have 70mb of free ram and phone become laggy until i clean it from the memory management app. Do you have any suggestion? Have to try another kernel?

Settings are:

server pod51017.outlook.com
for both imap and smtp

also tried m.outlook.com

both dont work.

Guess only thing left is full wipe once again.

what is your minfree setting? extreme, ultimate or multitasking? => I think Stock is the best. your RAM amount is decreased by those settings
Try to use task manager to kill all apps

I also think that ''Stock'' is best
Extreme and Ultimate is bad for my sensation it slows it down a lot. So i cant se the point with the minfree settings
I think it is wired that Extreme and Ultimate is worse then stock settings
It is letting the system memory to get much lower, my sensation run best with about 130-150 MB of free RAM
I found that System Tuner is a lot better at that job

Maybe that's the case..I'm running faux 08b10 but I found a solution with RAM manager let's see if this works

Read about problems with low RAM with most recent betas on his thread.. You guys have ZRAM enabled? Try Sebastian FM's kernel and see what your RAM says

Regarding lag with Venom ROM and fauxb9+, try disabling venom tweaks in Settings>Apps>All

[Edit] Never mind...lag returned. This ROM really doesn't like to run with Faux versions above b8

Zram ON: more free Ram but laggy,Zram OFF: nomore free Ram but no laggy. My phone : Zram OFF and Ram always 180-200 mB free.

but your device is running ar 1.8ghz => it is not good for battery
