Just a heads up because I want to try to help the community and devs here that do their best for the 3D function to survive an update procedure, I started off a petition that asks HTC to release the 3D driver sources for HTC EVO 3D. I believe it's important for all of us for our voice to be heard in this community so I'd be very happy if you could sign and spread the word:

Probably turned off the server, so the firmware is not supported for a long time!

more on-topic, i should have downloaded all the stuff from venom hub in the past and saved the resulting /Venom/ folder in sdcard, so i can share it

Hi! i ask you gently to remove the guide, because we don't have the permission to use and modify venom stuff (and another similar thread got cleaned by mods for this reason), and you didn't ask to me or howpathetic

morover this way you'll mess some system files and configurations, there could be some conflicts

if you want to talk about personal modifications on roms use a pm

Please PM me with links if you have Viper3d version I want to compare this with Y4AS4 Sense Rom.

Another good variant it's Stock Deodexed, Rooted and Modified Kernel.

You are good to flash any ICS Kernel available in this forum. Before do any experiment, just do existing ROM backup in recovery mode.

If you really need 3D working in Sense4, then you can go for YAS4 ROM. Viper ROM has no plan to fix this i guess.

Sensation gets sense 5. What's stopping our evo3d actually. Till date we've been on par with that damn phone... Anyone has an explanation? From what I hear, much of our framework is shared.

If anyone can do it for our phone it's probs team venom.

Remember that our EVO is released nearly 2 years back. Many ROM/Kernel development stopped on this phone mainly bcoz devs either sold their EVO and moved on with new phone.

We should respect their work.

There no one that owns evo 3d in venom team, and the problem with Sense 4+/5 is the kernel! Sebastianfm worked on a Sense Linux 3.4 kernel with ion support, that's why they has and we haven't! Gee also said some time ago that he could work on an evo 3d kernel, but he needs to have an actual evo 3d!

This ROM is really great. I love Viper Tweaks and with Anryl kernel is very smooth.

I am experiencing a problem with wifi though. I can't connect to a 802.1x protected network (my university wifi network). The popup window, where credentials need to be inserted, immediately closes by itself before I can even see it showing up, not allowing me to connect to the network.
It is a PEAP network with MSCHAPv2 autenthication method.

That is very strange because with other networks (for example: my router at home, other hotspots) the connection works like a charm.

Any help?

Flashed this Rom. Everything works great except one major thing. It doesn't take photos in 3D mode anymore. Even if I select 3D it takes pic in 2D. How to fix this issue.
