Steps to install:

1. Download HTCdroid_vX.X.zip from the link above.
2. Flash HTCdroid_vX.X.zip
3. Boot into bootloader and select fastboot, and flash the latest CharmKISS kernel.
4. Reboot.
5. You're done =P

HTC Desire X 1.18 should be 4.0.4, right? I use Nova Prime, it works real great on a 1G/512 device, I don't care about the HTC launcher.

Thanks. We indeed need more 4.0.4 sense rom, no more 4.0.3 again, there are too many 403 here enough for it. It's 4.3 age now, who still going on develop 4.0.3 is just too crazy. Please do deodexed & zipaligned, root, init.d/busybox, APM and perhaps project butter later.

I'm dowloading it and give it a try.

It's Deodexed, zipaligned, has busybox and init.d support already. I'll see about APM and project butter won't be hard (There's something in Desire S forum that's called "Near Project Butter implementation for ICS ROMs" that works on One V)

Cant get the camera to work.

I wasn't going to post until it worked %99.9.

I have some neat features in it. I can let you check it out.

Mine won't load.. it gives widget errors. I temporarily fixed it for a non clean install, but if its clean install it doesnt work.

While your waiting for me to get this together try this first. Just take your time, don't get stressed. I can figure it out bu tomorrow. Ill try your rom in a bit and mess around. Not flashable.

yup, 4.0.4 will give you more accurate camera focus and better image quality.

I've no idea why I need to log, I used Firefox 21 and Chrome 29.0.1547.62 ... and I have one more problem now. I can't install your rom with TWRP 2.5.0.0, it just can't flash and gives me error. I've been tried to download again and reboot the recovery but got the same result.
