Tap and hold notification, than select information and clean data.

It went to configuration of notification, but I don't see the any button to clean. I can just select to give it priority or not, and nothing more.

Is this from KK Phone?

BTW, when I tap "Dual SIM Settings", this message appear and cannot do anything; "Your phone has only one SIM or Dual SIM is not supported." But I'm using 2 SIMs without problem. I installed True Phone and that app recognized 2 SIMs and can setup. I think something wrong with KK Phone as a system phone app.

I'm working on this. Testing some audio settings. In a shell's version that you use the volume is low?? Because with me and with some users the sound it's okay, but some users told me this same problem. I think I found the solution, but did not test yet. Probably at the end of this week I'll post new build, and please tell me if the problem persist.

The last one I test was v5. And the sound volume of in call voip was really low.
