In the field of language, as I see the images Mdj shared, I can say that this rom should be a rooted rom, because it does not support arabic full and correct, because it shows the characters but disconnected and not connected, so it means who manupulated this rom, added the arabic fonts to it but could not do anything about the lib files and framework file that related to the language and needed to be change for supporting arabic well, and I still can not find anyway for Legend to do that...

its a shipped rom pal not from mdj. but why would they add Arabic in the local if its not fully supported?

This is ship rom, no arabic or hebrew keyboard, there is an arabic font and it can show the arabic word but not correct arabic.
