Hey Guys,
For those of you who have been waiting, here is the good news (and a bad one too).
I am so glad to present my first port of Slimbean 3.1 (Android 4.1.2) ROM for SHV-E120S device.
Warning: SHV-E120L & K Users, Please DO NOT FLASH !!
WHATS NOT WORKING:
1. Camera & Video (for sure
)2. Storage Management.
3. And there could be other things that don't work. I am saying so coz I did not get enough time to test the ROM extensively.
PROBLEMS:
You could get crashing messages here and there.
WHAT WORKS:
Almost everything else. You can do most of your daily tasks (that do not include camera
).POSITIVE SIDE:
The ROM is blazing fast.:good:
NOTE:
1. I am not the creator of this ROM, I have simply ported it to our device.
2. Make sure you have taken the necessary backup of your existing ROM before flashing this one.
FLASHING PROCESS:
1. Copy the downloaded file to your sd card where you can access it easily.
2. Boot into recovery and take a backup of your existing system (in case any thing goes wrong)
3. Cleaning up
3a. Wipe data/factory reset
3b. Wipe cache partition
3c. Go to Advanced option and wip dalvik cache
4. Choose install zip and point it to the location where you copied the downloaded Slimbean ROM zip. It will take around 2 mins.
5. Repeat steps 3a, 3b and 3c.
6. Reboot your device.

While starting for the first time it may take some time and any subsequent restarts will be much faster.
Although I flashed the same and had no problems at all. I have experienced a good battery backup with this ROM.

Since there are things that are not working with this ROM, it would be great if someone could help
and get the issues resolved so that we have a perfectly well working rom.
