Nice
Thank you @Ivan_Meler for your hard work.
I'm on LineageOS 17.1 currently & I think I will move to your room soon.
I'm experiencing some freezes with 17.1 , mostly with the cam.
Is the 18 free of freezes ?

One thing I noticed overnight, before going to bed the battery percentage was 51% and when I woke up it was 48% which is something I have never seen on my phone, usually, it was around a 10 to 15 drop. But within 5 minutes or so the battery droped to 37%.
Noticed this too. Amazing idle battery life, but goes down quickly, even when just using the home screen.

Fantastic work man, thank you ñ

Hi, I've recently installed your ROM, and everything's great except some minor things. But there's a bug regarding gapps, haven't seen it on other ROMs, so I suppose you can help. Google Play Services are constantly asking for sms permissions, and when I try to allow, it just doesn't apply. Generally, Google SMS couldn't get this permission too, but somehow it managed to gain it Can we count on a fix? Аlthough, great ROM, thanks for the job

So I installed this about a week ago, and I'm really impressed
The only issue I'm having is the phone draining the battery really fast when the screen is on
(I tried to set CPU clocks manually to the lowest to see if that would fix it but nope)
Idle battery life is amazing

Honestly battery is mostly affected by the fact HWC is disabled (rom would also be smoother with it enabled) its currently one of my main concerns on todo list, but android 12 will also release in a few days so things might improve there which would be great

Some progress updates on android 12, I got it compiled and while it does try to start kernel needs a lot of backports for cgroup to not kill processes and actually work, this will take some time but progress is steadily being made, Once again no etas yet as i do this in my free time
Hi Dev! Any news about A12?

    - Merged November security update
    - Fixed bt incall audio on even more devices
    - Misc performance and stability updates
    - Synced with LOS source

Here is a little teaser of a12 on s8
Builds for 8895 based devices are almost ready (I posted 8890/s7 builds yesterday) I just have to figure out race condition in ril which causes it to break randomly on reboot, when it comes to general usability everything else is as stable as it was previously and android 12 actually runs faster even on older devies like s7 and s8/n8
Builds should be up this week finally as this is last thing on todo list and i took a day off to figure it out

What would you recommend Project Sakura or LOS 18.1 considering stability and performance.
Don't know about Sakura but Los 18.1 is smooth and stable

From my experience, LOS 18.1 is smooth and stable (and Wifi hotspot is working).
Also, LOS 18.1 has been getting security updates but we haven't seen updates from Sakura for a minute. (Thanks @Ivan_Meler)

    * do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
    * before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
    * you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
    */

    a) Logcat
    b) proc/last_kmsg (or proc/kmsg)

Also do not under any circumstances post bug reports if you are using substratum themes or unsupported magisk modules or you have performed any system modifications

Install gapps right after installing the rom itself dont try to boot to system before that if you want to use gapps
NikGapps and BiTgapps were both tested and working

    Downloads:
    Google Drive

I do this in my free time so bear that in mind when you notice I didn't fix known bug in next available build, Currently i work on this alone and i am not one of those kangers that just copy source and claim it as their own work,

Due to requests from some users I added signature spoofing support to the rom which allows usage of MicroG
you can simply install MinMicroG and grant it needed permissions for signature spoofing to make it work as intended

I noticed lack of real development on 8895 device and had some extra time, so here we go, expect more progress happening and bug fixes (source will also be released soon)
