Just want to say that this ROM is the best one I have had! The instructions were confusing when I first read through it and I was like no friggin way I'm going through all this for a ROM, BUT I followed the instructions word for word and it works beautifully!! The best battery!!! I took a screen shot, and this is on medium use.

Thank you!!!!!!!

How are you getting over 1.5 days worth of batter on a single charge? I get about 15 hours of battery life with medium use.

Op, I liked the nexus theme of this rom.

But please here me out my issues after i played around with this for two hours:
1) lag issues while switching between home and app screen
2) shutdown/reboot freeze
3) i cannot uninstall the apps by using titanium backup. the uninstalled apps are still visible in the app list, while click on the uninstalled app, the system hangs for a while..

i did not evaluate the battery performance in that 2 hours. Due to above reasons, i switched back to rogers stock rom...

To those asking questions this ROM is a month old and not actively being worked on. Look at Seanz latest and active ROM. This is not it.

HOW TO INSTALL
Code:
[indent]

-First Make sure you are on TOUCH CLOCKWORK
(either use odin or use rom manager and flash touch clockwork)

Then
-Reboot to Clockwork
-Wipe Data Factory Data reset a few times
-wipe cache
-mounts and storage, and format systemx3
-Wipe dalvik cache
-Then choose 4.2e base and install zip
-wipe cache partition
-Install Modem
-reboot.. and let cache and settle in
-now go to busy box installer and install busybox
-in rom manager run fixpermisssions
-then reboot
[/center][/QUOTE]

Why is it necessary to wipe data/factory reset multiple times? And the mounts and storage and system 3 times?
Is this recommended practice for installing new ROMS, or is this just specifically for this ROM?

I have installed many ROMS on my Sensation and only Factory reset once, then wipe cache once, then dalvik cache once, then I install the new ROM.

Thanks and keep up the good work, I am actually looking at this ROM for my Galaxy S2 i9210T, I've seen reports of it working.

The multiple wipes was due the old recoveries not always deleting all the old info but with twrp and the new cwm6 the problem seems to be in the pass. Not sure the problem is on i9210t but it cant hurt to do to make sure you get a clean install so no problems in the future.

Ok, thanks for clearing that up. I'm just waiting for a stable version of CWM Touch to flash it with before I try ICS on my Galaxy S2 GT-i9210T.

I have an app that reads me email subjects as they arrive. After a while (not sure what the threshold is), they stop (the same app worked fine on SKYICS 4.2D), and all audio is blocked, and trying to do anything with audio causes the whole phone to become extremely slow.

Only way to clear is a reboot. Interesting things I spotted in logcat (BTW, the CPU is not pegged):

Did you ever get a fix for this? I, and others, have the same problem. I don't think it's related to a specific app. I would do ANYTHING for a fix to this problem. It has been plaguing me since February. I have to hold the power button down until the phone reboots usually several times per day.

or give it a second and come back to it this added

it always makes the day brighter .. hehe

some times i wonder ya know i tried changing things in this op and making sh** bleeding obvious

compared to the last few roms or bases ive done

but you know it never changes the white line question was in every rom basically until it became so obvious it went viral lol

the white line gag never gets old i
    swear

bc it really shows that no matter what people just would rather hear it from a human instead of a crawler

and that makes sense but search does work and the white line i mean goodness it comes up in like the first three posts when its googled

so i dunno how someone who could have acquired the mental capability to flash his or her phone to begin with couldnt find such and easy answer

    baffles me

no hate to those people but all im saying is you got this far .. how? so finish the journey
    frodo never gave up ;)
