First time installing CyanogenMod 14.1 to your Galaxy V, or coming from another ROM:

• Install TWRP Recovery
• Reboot into Recovery using 3-button-combo (Vol-up+Home+Power)
• Do a Nandroid backup! (Optional and only if you weren't running TouchWiz before)
• WIPE (wipe data/factory reset + wipe cache partition + format /system partition)
• Install the ROM from sdcard using TWRP Recovery
• Reboot (2)

(1) CM File Manager cannot access SDCard. Other file manager are working fine.
(2) The boot process will take a long time (about half an hour) because to fix WiFi issue, I have to disable dex-preopt.

RT: When im flash the rom, the twrp is patching system image, i get a, E:unkwon comand [log] two times, why is this?

What works and which not?

* RIL (Calls, SMs) -> Work
* Bluetooth -> Work
* Airplane Mode -> Work
* GPS -> Work (Device Only)
* Mobile Data -> It does not work correctly 2G/3G
* Recent Pages -> It works perfect
* Flashlight -> No Work (Not this implemented)
* Wi-Fi -> No Work (Hard time connected)
* Assistant of Google (Problem with GApps.. Login)
* Camera -> No Work
* Browser -> No Work
* Play Store -> No Work
* Trebuchet -> No Work (Problems with the blank page, icons, fonts, etc)
* Settings UI -> Problems sometimes, when I slip is blank
* The ROM is not completely in Spanish, and that select it in Spanish :/
* By the way there are problems with notifications, when you give to answer from the notification bar message is still there

Edit: my's samsung v g313hz is dont boot all custom rom. Only can boot stock edit by @doesntexits. I ask he. And he say: my phone ss v for indonesia ??,bootloader is different
