Is there any ROM with android kernel = or > then 3.19? Or where I can download such kernel and install on ROM?

Highly recommended-Before flash any custom ROM, reflash old stock ROM with Odin. See this post for reason
-Then go to TWRP, wipe all except SD card, then go to wipe> check system > fs option> repair.
-Flash every ROM you want
-Then flash GApp and Bloatware remover (optional)
TWRP 3.x.x Installation-Method 1: First install twrp 2.8.7.0 from this with Odin > AP
Then go to install> install img> choose a .img file downloaded from this Link
- Method 2: flash this TWRP 3.0.2-0 or TWRP 3.1.1-0 with Odin (AP option)
Gapps- NanoDroid microG (by Setialpha)
- microG unofficial installer (by ale5000)
