BykuOS was created and tested for G901F, everything else wont work!

About the Project

The project was created for me. I wanted to reach the biggest stability and speed therefore there is no any app port and any strange trick from space

Rom features:
- G901FXXS1CPI4 Base
- Rooted (Supersu)
- Busybox
- Odex
- Debloated (Samsung Music etc. you can download needed app from Google Play.)
- De-knoxed
- Kernel Init.d support
- Build prop tweaks
- Xposed
- AdBlock

How to install the rom:
1. Download a custom recovery, TWRP (from here: TWRP)
2. Download the rom and put it on your external SD card
3. Backup all your things to your external SD card
4. SM-G901F: You have to be on CPI4 bootloader and modem, get it from here! IT IS A MUST, OTHERWISE THE ROM WONT WORK
5. Reboot to recovery, maybe your phone wont start anymore with the new bootloader, don't care about it, with the new rom it will
6. Now wipe everything (except where you put the rom of course)
7. Install the rom
8. Reboot and wait for 10 minutes or something like that
9. Enjoy the new version

I observed draining battery on BykuOS...
So i checked BBS (free version for XDA community) log and I saw nothing wrong (with the exception of google service). I think G service draining is fixed in the latest version by init script but i dont checked it yet. Also I checked logcat and Dmesg and i did not find anything wrong in this log.

If someone have draining battery on my rom please post BBS screen, logcat and dmesg.

How to do it?

1. Download terminal emulator from GP
2. Type in terminal emulator su
3. Type in terminal emulator logcat > logcat.txt
4. Type in terminal emulator dmesg > logcat.txt
5. Send me this files

You mean no app for busybox, xposed, SuperSU or no binaries installed in ROM? or together these two possibilities?

Hello,
I downloaded and installed preview 2 from the post above...
I didn't got the xposed framework installed and I tried to flash the Custom build by Wanam Arm V86...
And now i am in Bootloop.

The idea of of having a good performance debloated rom seemed nice. I will try new version when you have it !

I fixed now Xposed. Working great on my phone with some modules. Now I'm going to improve a few things, and I will give a new build BykuOS.
