I flashed right over 1.0 without any wipes and am having 0 issues.

It amazes me after all of these years of custom Android roms how many people will ask tihis question.

As always, IT IS RECOMMENDED...'dirty flash' at your own risk...your mileage may very as what is ok for one user/device may not play nice with another device...if you 'dirty flash' and have problems, don't bother the OP with bugs/problems until you have done a proper wipe and clean flash...don't let your friends 'dirty flash'... (and yes, I read what the OP wrote) :laugh:

Edit: It seems it work now again. Rom wasnt uploaded but my small test files are there. Ill uploading the next version on GDrive. Not his one.

Same answere as last time. I dont modified the kernel or something else. If stock dont read ntfs, it doesnt. Sorry. Never tested it.

Edit: As i said last time, try Stick Mount. For ntfs you must download some files. Take a look at here.

Dirty flashed over hashcheck(i know). Really liked having options with aroma letting us choose our poison. I like having some of the Samsung bloat. With three megs of memory, tablet can still run just fine.
I have never seen updating apps on first run install so fast. A little early for comparison with Hashcheck but it's faster and smoother than JB.
All and all very good job, and is a lot like I'm used to.
Looking forward to future development. My note is running so much better than my other tablets and kk with your install is a part that.

Thx man. Was a little afraid to release this version. It's not easy to build for devices that you dont own. I hope kk came quickly for my tab to add more Mods like crt and extended reboot menu. Maybe hold back button for killing all apps. And i want to implement mostly of the Mods into Aroma. But this is a hugher thing. So i want to wait for kk for my p605. Needs couple of testing hours

You can simply install " Set Orientation " from Play Store & adjust the orientation the way it fits your needs.

Rotation works fine. Its just annoying to push the hardware home button on the top of the device when it is upside down. Much rather just push a software home key at the bottom of the device, no many which way the tablet is rotated.

I suffer the same annoyance but I don't like the screen real estate buttons take. I know android has a million solutions but anyone with a note tablet should look into GMD Gesture Control. You can set it up so basically any gesture will launch any command. It even adds some really basic default stuff that made my iPad easier like 4 finger pinch to close etc.

I assume everyone knows about his other software which is the same but actually makes the S Note Stylus have total device control, but I can't imagine the tablet without either.

Thanks. Also does this ROM reduce lag?

I currently have a TabPro 10.1 and I'm returning it because of the noticeable TW lag.

The most annoying thing is turning on the screen. It takes about a second and should be instant like the iPad and Nexus 7.

Is the note 2014 lag free with this ROM? I care most about the start up time.

Turning on the screen is not instant with any ROM or kernel on this tablet takes about 2 second however that is the only lag that I have found once the screen is on it is very fast
