Lag during use? Not really. But if you don't like 1second wake lag then you will be REALLY disappointed if you shell out for one of these. Even with 4.4 it's well over a second

Hans, any chance you can pull out the Bloomberg and TripAdvisor apps? Seems like they are the only bloat ware that aroma doesn't give the option to ignore.

Well as long as there is no lag during actual use, I guess that's what matters.
It's just a shame. My Galaxy S4 has no lag on wake. Don't see why all these Samsung tablets have lag.
I was considering getting the Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet. Saw some videos of that and everything was speedy including wake.
But I just came across a refurb note 10.1 2014 (32GB) for about $350 after 12% cashback on Groupon Goods. I couldn't resist since the note already has dev support and the sony will be $500.

Not sure when it changed as i noticed the screen on lag this morning , but just testing it now and it is gone, i am currently running the hashcheck rom with the .3 kernel, but will be updating to .5 kernel tomorrow and hopefully the new haskcheck rom !! Anyway the lag is gone as soon as i touch the home button the tablet turns on

As i said, CRT effect causes a bootloop. I can try to make one, but all the last versions didnt boot.
Btw. im uploading v2.1. Had some typos in updater_script. That causes that MultiWindow Plus didnt install.
Possible changelog for V2.1:
- still based on latest 4.4.2 UBUCND2 Firmware
- re-added trans MutiWindow, choosable in AROMA
- fix MultiWindow Plus, should install now
- Bloomberg and TripAdvisor now choosable in AROMA

Please download all files. So you can go to stock if you hang in bootloop.

Hmm when I flashed this rom I clicked to have the reboot with the 4 way and it doesn't work and I thought I had the multi Window plus should I reinstall the rom again to make sure I checked the right stuff

You need to wait about a minute after the screen turns off to see it. I'm sure it's a battery saving measure where the tablet is going in to a deeper sleep mode. Doesn't bother me but it might bother some.
