I am experiencing problems with notification lights. When I receive a notification the menu key keeps blinking forever, although I have read the notification. The only way to stop it is to reboot the tablet.

What you have done here is AMAZING work. i dont care about the magnetic cover personally. Only thing i dislike about the P605 now and forever, is how long it takes to charge.

I've been running unofficial CM12 on my SM-P605, would I need to flash stock to upgrade the modem and boot loader or can I extract them from the official ROM to update the device whilst upgrading to CM14.1?

Couple of items, tablet is showing as not being rooted? Do I need to flash SU?

Sound volume on playback using speakers is quite low.

Can't seem to train voice on "Google Now".

Otherwise, wow! Nearly matches my Pixel XL experience.... On a 3 year old tablet!

I have some experience with crappy implementations of CM12&13 on two other devices, so i'm not sure whether the problem lies in CM source or the actual implementation. SuperSu can brick the device and the internal su tool, activated by the setting in developer options, may require some "fuzzing around" till it works. It didn't work at first and i never found out what was triggerung it finally. Just messing around with security settings and stuff...

Actually to reproduce this bug it is enough to open the notification light settings, tap on "Default" where you set how long and how often the notification light blinks. The menu key starts blinking immediately, ignoring all settings. The only way to stop it is to reboot.

Is there a way to make the capacitive keys highligt only when they're pressed, like in stock rom? When Settings/Buttons/Backlight is enabled they are highlighted even when the screen is tapped.

Samsung Note 10.1 2014 Edition sm-p601 is what rest of world except America has got. Please please please include 3G model in your priority list. We'd be hugely thankful for bringing new life to our device. Plz plz plz don't exclude us like Samsung.

I'm not sure if already stated precisely in some other post ( in such a case my apologies to ask again) but I would ask to the Developer and even to the Users if this extremely interesting upgrade will let be possible the use of S-pen with the std samsung app "S Note" and if files ( using this device for my work notes I have hundreds of documents to maintain..) generated up to now ( I'm still on 5.1.1) with S Note app could be recovered

Unfortunately S-Note app works only with TouchWiz. But there are some interesting alternatives which can replace S-Note very well:

All apps I've listed here I've used a lot when I was on CM on my Note 3 and I found them very useful.

But remember that I never used pen too much on Note 3, so maybe they can be good for me but too basic for you. But I don't think so...

Thanks. I already tried some changes/other ways for the notifications with the lights HAL, but i haven't found an acceptable solution yet.

The same as with P600: The P601 uses different hardware (Exynos 5420 instead of Snapdragon 800) and i don't have it. So i will not support it.
Sorry. But if you look into Original Development, there are people, who are working for the Exynos variants.

I think S-Note uses some Samsung stuff from tw framework etc. , so the app just crash at startup.
