Big Thanks!New build
ROOT is possible with Magisk-v17.1 (unless you meant its other possibilities).Only thing I can't get to work is Magisk.
I tried flashing 17.2 along with the ROM and also tried flashing it after setup again. Also tried the canary/nightly build of 17.3.ROOT is possible with Magisk-v17.1 (unless you meant its other possibilities).
That's what I did.... and also tried flashing it after setup again.
Yes, I feel stupid now. Rookie mistake not to check for that."magisk.apk" did not stuck during the flash --maybe you missed this part?
Hi,Dear David,
Many Thanks for your great efforts to keep this tablet alive.
Dear All,
I cannot find the latest TWRP 3.2.1 on TeamWin website. The latest shown is 3.1.1. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
JO
Thank you so much!
Since camera and gps is not working and the dev recommends to not use this test version in a productive environment, I would stick to the last stable , which is the 7.1.2 rom (https://forum.xda-developers.com/ga...om-unofficial-cyanogenmod-14-1-30-10-t3490761), security patch is up to date, so you won't miss anything important. To me the LineageOS 16 (Pie) version is just a bit quicker in terms of responsiveness and less battery drain. Thanks again to the Developer for his efforts....Extraordinary how our table can stay uodated thanks to these guys....
Question to the Users...is this release good enough for daily use ..considering that I need full functionality of S-pen ( using Squid and S-notes), camera, wifi and LTE, Bluetooth, gps....in few words...which are the real limitations...if any?
Thanks a lot again to all
You're asking in the wrong forumSorry, I'm still getting mixed messages regarding the smp600/1 units.
I get snippy snide remarks about the processor, along with whispers like talking about an addled grandparent. I have seen, and actually RAN a beta test of Oreo, and then all support just dropped. Does this mean the end for the smp600? PLEASE say it ain't so! ;-DeanoD
That's odd. I thought the forum included ALL Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Editions. You're asking in the wrong forum
Yes the forum is for all models of Galaxy Note 2014 but as the SM-600 and the SM-P605 don't have the same processor the ROM's are different and this thread is for the SM-P605.That's odd. I thought the forum included ALL Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Editions.
Or am I reading the title wrong? I'm just trying to find out if I should just stick a fork in these tabs. I'm sorry if my question was too intrusive or difficult to understand... ;-DeanoD
