As hover is not in the source code, this feature is not available yet. However floating window (part of old halo) is already in the source. you can use an app like floatifications and set it to use halo. So you can already use that floating window goodness.

just installed version 4.3 in 3g version and the result unknown baseband + singal doesnt work

Something strange is going on with the latest 4.3 Beta 4 build (WiFi version), I flashed it & it's showing up as 4.2 Beta 4 dated in April, also it's very much like AOSP no new features etc.
Can you check it on your side, thanks
EDIT: I double checked I had the correct/latest zip & the kernel is dated May 13th, anyway as above it's the older 4.2 Beta 4 build.
EDIT 2: Thought I'd check the build before that (4.3 Beta 3), exact same thing again, it shows up as the older 4.2 Beta 4 build, are your sources synced up correctly?

GPS issues
I have a wierd problem with the GPS for secondary users. GPS works fine for the primary user but when I set up any new users it always shows GPS is turned off. Has anyone else seen this issue and if not what could I be doing wrong? I have SM-T310 wi-fi only version.

Just seen you uploaded 4.3 Beta 7, when installed (also in build.prop) it's still showing up as 4.2 Beta 4 from mid April, it has no new features, looks like AOSP.

Just tested your latest build you put up, did you use the latest sources from ketut.kumajaya - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=53006256&postcount=978
Tested the camera on this build, for the most part it works well, although the viewfinder image can be sometimes a little laggy/jerky, video seems to be OK on MPEG4 setting, basically the same results as CM, artifacts at the start of the video, clears after 1-2 seconds, audio OK.
Immersive Mode works, PIE controls are working etc.
Floating Mode works.
Blacklisting apps works.
New Theme Engine works.
Couldn't get Screen Cast/Cast Screen to work, nor have I on any other ROM.
Don't think Auto Brightness & Adaptive Backlight is working.
Screen record is broken (forever processes the video or flat out fails on some settings), basically the same with other ROMs I've tested.
Did have some launcher FC's when trying to set wallpaper after a while, did work OK upon boot, not sure of the cause.
