PA Gapps doesn't support CWM 6.0.4.7, flash older one, or the newest. No problem with 6.0.4.6 and 6.0.4.9

Its been how long since tab 8 came out and cm11 rolled out? Things still don't work 100%. Another year for cm12 but then Samsung engineers will poop out another 500 new tab models and this project will be abandoned in favor of something newer better faster. We'll be left with broken cm11.
I think the same, but why "broken" cm11. I'm on last build since the day it came out and for me everything works.

I just track some comments on this forum, claims about new CM12, Lollipop etc.
This guy does the unofficial builds, I can say more just for fun.
The tablet is not designed to be the normal phone for telephone call (even it can be, but it makes me laugh, if I see guys talking by the tablet at an airport), the cam is more the Skype talk (who keeps the tablet in the pocket for picture shots everyday?)
Then what do you do with it?
Of course, watch movies, talk to your family/friends/colleagues; treat as the small business tool for the Office365 for exmpl.
Lollipop is good, but it is still very limited with some stuff (Xposed, kernels etc.). Even it is not proper working into CM12 on the flagship S5...

T310 last buid IR broken, video recording broken, possibly other things i haven't used yet.

I use my tab with grooveip sometimes. I'd be happy with 4.4. if IR and video are fixed. Don't need L if it doesn't work.

Do you know if there's hope for video recording in t310 or is it permanent?
I have no expectation of it being fixed. The maintainer of the rom has not been active recently (I expect he has been busy with real life). I only run the builds and don't even use this rom on my tablet (haven't flashed CM in several months now). This will most likely be the last build for this year and maybe the last one period. At this point, I simply run a build when I have nothing else going on.
I this maybe the last build for this decive? That's sad. Cause am being using this ROM as daily driver cause it's much better then the stock one. Hopefully someone can comes and maintain. Am not a developer, if I am definitely will take it up. Please don't stop.
I agree. I dread the thought of going back to stock. Probably going to have to look at Validus.

CM11 is very good compared to the stock 4.something. I only want video recording and the right mouse button fixed. I remember it used to work in the stock rom. What's BrokenOS? I don't see anything for t310 in xda. Is it under a different name? Is it better than cm11? Can't remember if there's an official samsung 4.4 update for t310 that's actually usable.
