I'm a qualified computer technician, I'm pretty sure I know how to download a file.
Nobody said anything about you or your abilities. Just because I said that it isn't the host doesn't mean that I am implying that you are doing anything wrong. As a "qualified computer technician" you should know that there numerous other reasons why a download may be going slowly.
All I know is that it's neither my computer nor my connection at fault.
If any T311 (lt013g) users or T315 (lt01lte) users still can't get the latest version to boot, try the attached kernel zip. Flash in recovery.
I'm having the same problems. I've been trying all day. I either get a network error or the file is corrupt.

Tried using dolphin mobile, had trouble so I used stock browser and it worked. Never had this happen before. Browsers eh.
If you not already doing so could the Note 2 CM12.0 builds be used as a base, think it has similar hardware/specs?

Don't know the ins & outs of it but I think CM10.1 was started/ported using the N7100 as per - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=48192142&postcount=2

Just installed CM-11-20150112, smooth and fast, as usual. Many thanks.
Still has problem to mount sdcard on Linux Slackware, while on USB mass storage mode.
Failed to mount "CD-ROM Disc".
Method "Mount" with signature "ssas" on interface "org.freedesktop.Hal.Device.Volume" doesn't exist
Linux detected sdcard as CD-ROM, while it has MTP enable and capable to mount other cdrom.
